"We were very pleased with the work of Troy. He had a real understanding of bats and said we didn’t have bats in the wall but rather they were roosting on our brick. Since Troy put up the pieces on our wall we haven’t seen any traces of bats. His cost was a fraction of a major company’s and they were going to treat them for being in the wall which they weren’t.
